Recently BOSH! invited me to their kitchen to veganise some childhood favourite recipes. Apple pie (or apple tart as we call it) is a baking staple of my mum’s, but I’ve never attempted to make a vegan version – until now! BOSH! helped me make an apple pie with a twist, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint 🤤 I shall be making this again and again for my family & friends!
