🧊 🧊 😉 looking like a sunburn. As long as I make it past the first two minutes I’m good. But those first two always burn! Today was 6 minutes. Don’t let the frown mislead you… it always feels good afterwards! Thank you @teamturningpoint @athleteoasis for always helping me with recovery. And to everyone that struggles with an ice bath….. I used to not be able to do it because my toes burned so bad. These little booties make it possible for me. So if you’re a wussy at ice baths (like me) these are a huge help. At least it gets me in the ice more often.

I’m reflecting on my week thus far and thankful for @izzystylewrestling and @kennedyblades making time to come to the land of enchantment for fight camp. I’m appreciate my team @jacksonwink_mma and couldn’t do any of it without having such a strong leader in @mmacoachwink . Preparing for a fight takes an army and I’m so thankful to be surrounded by people that truly want me to succeed. I’m just feeling blessed. ❤️ thank you to all of my team. Also, watch out for Kennedy as she kills it in the wrestling world. She’s an amazing person on and off the mats and is exciting to watch #olympics2024
