He’s essentially a Ken doll now). Full transformation to come once I’ve reached my muscles goal. But wanted to share the progress. Hasn’t been easy. But feeling strong again and recognizing myself in the mirror has been worth it. Gained 60 lbs with each pregnancy. 😬 Feels good to be back in my own mind/body. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.
