Richa Chadha Instagram – This is little 90 sec film is an experiment, based on this amazing book called ‘Bad Feminist’ by Roxanne Gay. (Read it if you haven’t) . It resonated with me so deeply, I needed to create something around it. How often have we cancelled each other for not being perfect feminists in the battle of woke Olympics? How many times are women to fail at the altar of feminism? Without a proper understanding of intersectionality, feminism , particularly in our country is incomplete. Rejection of the Feminine is also rejection, abuse, violation of Mother Nature, Mother Earth, Lady Justice, Lady Liberty ! I dedicate this video to the strong women of Iran and Afghanistan , who continue to pay for freedom with their blood! I dedicate this video to every woman in India who’s fought against tyranny even when the system has let her down! For women everywhere. Women, know your power, no man can exist without you! The world is out of balance. Do not be limited by the limited imaginations of other myopic fools…here’s hoping we understand our God given strength and support and empower each other in the truest way!
