Teri Polo Instagram – As an animal lover who’s rescued and fostered many pets throughout my life, I wanted to share an incredible concept that’s underway in Texas. @FidusPet are two dog-centric apartment communities in Dallas-Fort Worth where all friendly dogs are welcome — no matter their breed or size. These apartments are equipped with dog doors to private and secure yards for outdoor time, along with cameras so owners can check-in on their family members when they’re not at home. If you need to leave town or even get stuck at work or an appointment, they have on-site walking and pet-sitting services. AMAZING! It’s also Fidus’ mission to help get at-risk animals into homes. They partner with local animal shelters and rescues to host adoption events in their communities and encourage residents to foster dogs through an on-site program.
