Syed Abrar Ali Rizvi and Shahnaz Tatari were exceptional human beings who lived a life full of purpose and love for their community. They were activists, philanthropists, and revolutionaries who also managed to raise three children amidst the endless calls for help from anyone and everyone in need, the calls they answered tirelessly till their last breath, they truly made the world a better place and now they are also in a better place. Its the end of a glorious era for all the lives they touched. May Allah grant them forgiveness and eternal peace. #yasrarizvi

I always cared! I was born that way .. born to actually give a shit .. so no greatness there .. one can hardly take credit for genetic predispositions .. the path was already set so I kept walking .. even at my lowest or worst I couldn’t stop caring .. I could literally hate someone .. be super mad at them and still manage to bandage their wounds .. simultaneously .. because someones gotta do it .. I am that someone .. this juxtaposition of emotions drove me up the wall I swear I hated it .. I hate a lot in my head by the way not because I am a hater .. only because I think and feel and between you and me this world is mostly a shit show hence the hatred but I still cared enough to feel all the way .. love all the way .. You see? The insane juxtaposition .. wonder what years of it can do to a person? I dont know how to care anymore though thats probably why I dont feel alive I never realised that I only lived to care .. sometimes I step into a crowd of people and all I see is hyenas .. laughing with their bloody mouths .. oblivious of what they have DONE! The dead can be brought to life 🙂 I spoke to you and you poured so much love into me and consoled me and I wonder why people wonder how can I express so freely .. say what I feel without bars? How else will anyone ever know? How will they answer? God lives in our hearts but HE has also given us dua, ask what you want out loud! Express! Specially pain!
