I got to NY last night, I run into CVS this afternoon and I immediately run into Elena. She says hi. She also said she knows a monk in Mexico who watches Billy on the Street and then muttered something about someone being “an asshole.” There’s no place like home. ❤️
On Monday night in NYC, I had the real honor of performing with some remarkable actors in a tribute put together by Tony Kushner to one of my all time favorite playwrights, the truly brilliant John Guare, who wrote Six Degrees of Separation and many, many other fantastic plays. Mr. Guare always wears bow ties so Meryl brought bow ties for the actors to wear. Thank you to @beowulfsheehan for this photo which I will cherish. ❤️
