David Göttler Instagram – #MountainMentorMonday! This time I’m hoping to answer one of the most frequent questions I get asked in the comments of my posts: “Why do I use this face mask?”.
In the old days, I only used to wear a buff…like in the the first photo which was in winter 2013 on Nanga Parbat. Since then I’ve learned how much room for improvement there really was and ever since I use the Airtrim mask (picture #2) like on Everest, I really feel that I perform so much better and I have much less high altitude coughing.
