In the old days, I only used to wear a buff…like in the the first photo which was in winter 2013 on Nanga Parbat. Since then I’ve learned how much room for improvement there really was and ever since I use the Airtrim mask (picture #2) like on Everest, I really feel that I perform so much better and I have much less high altitude coughing. Have you ever wondered what setup I use for filming my paragliding reels?…well, here’s the breakdown: – @insta360 X3 – @insta360 70cm Selfistick – any kind of rigid bar cut to 30cm with a 1/4 photo screw on the top. I place the bar across the front of my chest – here you’ll need find a position using your backpack or harness straps that works for you and that’s safe for flying.
