Amrit Kaur Instagram – On my travels to Pakistan, I encountered this kindred spirit. I’ve been studying horses and their movements for about a year, as part of an acting exercise. As we were setting up for a movie shot, I kept on escaping to spend time with Dudu. Yep, that’s him, the charming ivory horse who I met at the French Beach in Karachi. I mean, he did greet me by peeing beside my feet, but aside from that… ha!…very charming. He’s so beautiful he doesn’t look real. It is an animal close to my heart and seems to keep reappearing in my life – and Pakistan has so much respect for these animals. They’re everywhere: groomed, celebrated, clothed and deeply loved like family. Love you Dudu. Love all the horses. Till we meet again xo
