Brooke Ence Instagram – Some of my favorite exercises for warming up. Sometimes I like to add more of an active movement like rower, bike, or a jog just to get started. Keep it light, and roll through this three times.
Rower – 10 Calories
Overhead Press – 10 Reps
Cuban Press – 10 Reps
BB Bent Over Row – 10 Reps
BB Good Mornings – 10 Reps
