(I didn’t have capers so I skipped it this time- but they are yummy!)
Remember to get the thin cutlets Breasts or cut in half & then pound thin so it’s even throughout – otherwise you’ll get thin spots over cooked and thick spots not cooked enough!
Ps this is the first time I ever made it! I’m all about quick and easy weekday food. That kids and adults both love ❤️
