Wow great find @catherinebellfan ! all I remember of this night was walking backstage to meet @foofighters after they played…. And there they all were hangin out with a few friends. Me wide eyed/star struck. And Dave Grohl jumping up & greeting me very effusively saying “hey girl!” ! I literally turned back to see if he was talking to someone else because I’d never met him. He laughed and said “of course you! JAG girl!” Or something along those lines 🤣 he was so nice and warm and introduced me to his mom and some friends! I don’t think I took a single breath and don’t Remember much of the conversation because I was so star struck 🤩 . Quick & easy veggie scramble! Got home at 10pm and realized I was starving. Been working out a lot and knew I needed a little more protein for the day, so rather than reach for a bagel or cereal (my old ways!), I grabbed the veggies I had in the fridge and whipped this up in 5-6 minutes! -spinach -zucchini -tomato (You can add onions or peppers or whatever else you got!) Sauté the veggies in a touch of olive oil Whisk the eggs. I added a tiny bit of butter before I added the eggs. Scramble it all up! Add salt, pepper, garlic powder. And top with about 1/4 avocado! Art appreciation post as I am looking at the still photo from the video shoot we did for EVR beauty and just really appreciating the beauty and art that goes into all aspects of creating. Our Skincare brand has had so many creative artists involved from the designer who hand drew our EVR logo to the branding team the copywriting team, and then you have packaging teams, manufactures of the actual skincare line and products itself, and the love and care that goes into that. TXL Films with their expertise on lighting, staging, concept and execution. There is so much art that goes into so many things in life and in so many businesses it takes a village to get to the point where you can get something that you can really be proud of and, want to support and promote. Art is everywhere and it’s beautiful ✨
