For me I knew I never wanted to risk injury or the risk of not being able to have children, just to loose some kg. I hope for a future where it's more focus on being healthy and perform at top level. 💛 This is a sensitive subject for many and personally I try to avoid thoughts and other that can influence in a way I'm convinced is not good for me.

Emelie Forsberg Instagram – [ Motivation ]

Motivation comes and goes, but your love for something goes deeper. 
I think motivation can change and that’s fine, we all grow, evolve and adapt.
For sure I got days/weeks/months when the motivation is low, but I know that I still deeply love to explore my own limits pushing my comfortzone in races and mountains- so that keep me going.

I think health could be a big motivator too- to move our bodies to create a strong body and to get energy while training. 

Sometimes it’s just to create a bigger plan and follow it, not to think to much about the harder parts, in the end it’s work towards the goal we set.
