I loved this shoot. And I dont like photoshoots. Was a lovely day with a magical creative team in the mountains. Complete with the last shot of the day running up that hill literally while we played “Running Up That Hill” by Kate Bush all while laughing chasing the sunlight as it dipped slowly behind the mountain! I like synchronicity and music what can I say!? 🫶😍

Sinéad co-produced her worldwide #1 1990 hit Nothing Compares 2 U with Nellee Hooper in 1989 for her second album I Do Not Want What I Haven’t Got. The Prince penned song, originally recorded by his project The Family in 1985, containes the lyrics: All the flowers that you planted mama / In the backyard / All died when you went away
These lines made her cry as they reminded her of her own mother, Marie, who was abusive, and died when Sinéad was 16.
