Sheila Kelley Instagram – I’m a healthy eater. I am super conscious of what I put in my body and how what I ingest makes me feel. How what I eat sustains me. And most importantly, how it keeps me well. As many of you know, I lost my sister to breast cancer this January. Before that, I lost a brother and two other sisters. When I say “your body’s health is everything,” I come from a place of experience. 

This year alone I’ve cut out so many foods that I didn’t even know were depleting my body. Shout out to @getwildfit, the best eating philosophy this side of the galaxy. Thank you @ericedmeades. 

The hardest time to maintain healthy eating is when I’m on the road. I’m guessing you might have that same challenge. Let me share what I’ve found are some effective travel hacks.
