Sheila Kelley Instagram – Twisted. Pretzeling. One of my favorite movements I do daily in my #SFactor practice are spinal twists. I do them seated, laying down, standing and in this position on my knees.
The gentle and sensual twist of the spine is extremely beneficial for your body. Here’re just a few of the enhancements:

4️⃣ Increases your spines range of motion. Among others.
