Im 73, my hair is white, (a gentler way to say gray), and it takes me a while to get out of bed in the morning as Tony listens to my symphony of sounds and cracks!!! That is the main reason that I HAVE to stretch, lift weights, my attempt at Yoga, power walk 4 days a week and make healthy food choices! @itstroyjensen an extraordinary photographer that I worked with, gently suggested to me to stop coloring my hair and be who you are! These two photos are me plain and simple, no makeup, no color in my hair! As a matter of fact this photo was taken behind the salon where my hairdresser and friend @craiggangi took this photo after he cut and styled my hair.
