I’ve gotten a lot of questions since posting about my trip to @prenuvo I’ll answer the most common ones here. I’ll also pop the link in my bio for you to book your own scan with my code incase you missed it in my story 😊
🙋♀️Is it safe? Yes! The MRI is extremely safe, completely painless, and radiation free.
🙋♀️ What do they scan for? 500 different diseases and cancers including spinal issues, aneurysms, and fatty liver disease. (Andrew, their CEO told me that on average they’ve been able to give a potentially life saving diagnosis to 1/20 people)
🙋♀️Is it scary? I’ll admit I was nervous going in (I’m claustrophobic) but they prescribed me a sedative before my appointment, talked me through the process thoroughly, and put Netflix on for me during the scan which made the time fly by a lot faster.
🙋♀️ How did you feel afterwards? Going in for a test like this that could reveal an undesirable diagnosis is scary. But I’m really proud of myself for going through with it. Overall it was a great experience and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to take control of their health ☺️
🙋♀️ When do you get the results? I should get them in 1 – 2 weeks. They’ll be available to me on the prenuvo app and I’ll also receive a call to talk me through them. Will share in my story! Stay tuned! 💕

We have a history of recording ourselves while we sing and dance to our favourite songs. We used to use Photo Booth on our MacBooks and lip sync to Beyoncé and our other favourite jams 😂 So of course we ended up doing this beautiful number you’re seeing here to the intro song of our latest TV show obsession – The White Lotus.
