Kelly Noonan Instagram – I am still processing all the transformation and profound growth that happened at the @wellsoulworkshops The Alchemy of Balance retreat in Napa this past weekend. I was so present in the work and wanted to be respectful of the vulnerable moments that people experienced during the process that I didn’t take too many photos or videos but the above is a glimpse into the vibe. There was laughter, tears, powerful energy work, reflection, deep conversations, and such a strong bond of support for like-hearted souls doing the work so that we may show up in the world brighter, freer, and more authentically us.
