I REALLY recommend the podcast with @steven and @garybrecka ON @thediaryofaceopod , Gary was the guy to save UFC @danawhite by decoding his dna. In this podcast they go deeper into this whole subject, they touch on gene mutations and how getting your DNA decoded could just be the wisest thing you can to for yourself and I have to agree!! For years I fought against it but honestly it would have saved so much guess work not to mention a small fortune).
I got my dna decoded by @dnalifelabs and found some overwhelmingly accurate results when it comes to how my hormones function (more on this to come soon).
The sunshine vitamin really can brighten up your mood…😃A study found that people with depression who took vitamin D supplement such as @betteryou_ltd for at least 8 weeks saw a significant improvement in their symptoms! 💪 So either do like I do and chase the sun all year round ✈️ or try taking 5000IU every morning 🙂 I also use @redlightrising which I swear by (yah I’m a biohacker/nerd 🚨).
Vit D helps your body produce melatonin which is essential for helping your body sleep too, so without enough of it you will probably be experiencing lack of quality 😴💤 without deep sleep you are going to feel like 💩 seriously… never compromise on sleep!!
