When I was 18 yrs old, I told my mom i wanted her to get me married off . I just had heartbreak at that point and I was very lost with no direction . No career drive and The pressure of having famous sisters added to it. My mother told me I was making this decision out of fear and instead of trying to find myself in a man and marriage , she wanted me to define myself , earn respect, be courageous and go out there and fight with my fears. 5 Min Thai Mango Salad🤔 #challenge 💫
We literally whipped this up in under 5 mins – a little messy, a little spicy but so delish, you are going to love this one just as much as we loved making it 🤭🥭
PS: There’s nothing you can’t make with mangoes and this salad is one of my all-time favourite dishes to spice up mangoes!
Recipe:
– 2 Julienned/sliced Mango
– 1 Julienned onion
– 1 Julienned Bell Pepper
– Handful of Mint leaves
– 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
– 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Dressing:
– 2/3 cloves of garlic
– �2/3 sliced red chillies
– ��2 tbsp light soy sauce
– ��1 tbsp sesame oil
– ��1 tbsp jaggery powder
– ��1 tsp lemon juice
🌶 You can adjust the spice based on your preference!
🍋 You can even use a half ripe mango for this recipe
🥜 Add roasted peanuts or any other nuts for an added crunch and to play with textures to take your palette for a ride!
