Summer Bellessa Instagram – We swear by this! Kerry and I have been jumping in (pun intended) to the #coldplunge trend. We try to go in every day for 3 minutes. It reminds me of swim team growing up, and having to mentally work through hard things. We challenged our company, and our kids to jump in this time and they did i it!
