#34weekspregnant 😀 It feels like I’ve been through so many mental shifts as well as physical changes during these last few months. I wanted to shout out to a few resources that have really helped me, in case it helps anyone else. Prenatal yoga class – mine is at love yoga @loveyogaspace (I have met such amazing women here, all willing to share advice and what they are going through as well as listen – and then yeah, we do a little bit of movement 😁) Prenatal work out in the mornings – @thesculptsociety – helps me feel energised and just generally a lot better! Sometimes literally just 15 minutes. (By the way I didn’t do anything during my first trimester – only started when I felt a bit less queasy) @isitnormalpodcast – love listening to this to try and educate myself about what’s going to happen and to feel connected to others going through the same thing as me. @thepositivebirthcompany – currently doing this course and it’s already helping me feel more empowered rather than scared! These are just a few that have hugely helped me. If anyone has any other resources to share, I’d love to hear 😊
