(We’d just finished what should’ve been an hour drive into NYC that turned out to be a close to three-hour drive…and we’re still smiling! And my hair’s in my plate! And I may’ve had a Cosmo or two because the 90s ruled! Anyway, we found an amazing restaurant at 9:00 on a Saturday night in the Village that seated us quickly and our server was one of those magnificent throwback professionals – and Chris’s Old Fashioned was perfect!)
