Gul Panag Instagram – Hustle and Flow. Or remain committed to your goals, but be flexible in your approach. Or make a plan ( because nothing ever happens without a plan) and go with the flow. Improvise. Or OODA. Observe. Orient. Decide . And Act. It’s all the same. And it works for pretty much everything. Life . Parenting . Fitness. Work. Entrepreneurship. Travel. Speaking of fitness, consistency and flexibility – always hold me in good stead. With training. With food. And progress not perfection. Last few weeks I’ve been very consistent. Despite a flight a week, on average. And I have patted my self on the back. Now, I’m on the road ( well not literally – lots of travel featuring trains , planes and automobiles), for nearly two weeks , and I’m terrified of losing my progress. 😅 Let’s see! How will I remain consistent? Will I let one bad day, one bad meal throw me off? Or will I get back in the saddle ? Varca, Goa
