Home Actress Gul Panag HD Photos and Wallpapers June 2023 Gul Panag Instagram - Throwback to Nihal’s first camp, two years ago! 🏔️ 🏕️ ****************** Nihal’s first camp. And he’s loving it. As expected. He’s helping around , much to the delight of his Grana. He’s been exploring- venturing a little bit further with every round he makes of the camp site . The weather has been kind so far . I was around Nihal’s age when my father first took me camping. Over the years growing up, an annual camping trip ( if not 2) was the most awaited time of year. We’d drive to camping sites, Mom would cook up a feast and Dad, my brother @sherbirpanag and I would set up camp. It was a lot of work for us kids too! From doing the dishes, to filling water from the water source to ‘keeping vigilance watches’ to gathering firewood, to cleaning up the site . But it taught us so much, besides instilling in us a love for adventure and the outdoors. It was also the most economical way to holiday ! We’ve kept up the tradition of our annual camp over the years with my husband also joining us ( who is also an adventure enthusiast). Of course, our camping has become more comfortable over the years as we acquired more gear and experience! (And not to mention the ultimate expedition vehicle Super Milo , customised with everything we need by my friend @vjsnagra ‘s team at @sarbloh.motors . But more on that later.) Glad that my father is initiating Nihal into developing a love for adventure. In this video Nihal is helping by passing mats to my parents as they set up their tent, as his father duly captures it on video .😊 #outdoors #adventure #camping #offroad #familytime

Gul Panag Instagram – Hustle and Flow.

Or remain committed to your goals, but be flexible in your approach. Or make a plan ( because nothing ever happens without a plan) and go with the flow. Improvise.

Or OODA. Observe. Orient. Decide . And Act.

It’s all the same. And it works for pretty much everything. Life . Parenting . Fitness. Work. Entrepreneurship. Travel.

Speaking of fitness, consistency and flexibility – always hold me in good stead. With training. With food. And progress not perfection.

Last few weeks I’ve been very consistent. Despite a flight a week, on average. And I have patted my self on the back.

Now, I’m on the road ( well not literally – lots of travel featuring trains , planes and automobiles), for nearly two weeks , and I’m terrified of losing my progress. 😅

Let’s see!

How will I remain consistent? Will I let one bad day, one bad meal throw me off? Or will I get back in the saddle ? Varca, Goa
Gul Panag Instagram – Full of hot air. Literally.

Our second time in Capadoccia. And just as magical. The hot air balloon ride is arguably one of the finest experiences that I’ve ever had. This time around, we had Nihal with us who was mesmerised. Seeing it all over again through his eyes, was an altogether different experience.

Since we are here in the middle of summer, the days are very long , with sunrise at 5 AM. The balloon pilots typically take us up a little before so one can witness the sunrise in all its glory. Our pick up was at 3.45 AM. And Nihal was an absolute trooper. In fact, we woke up at 2.30 ( not unusual for Rishi, given his job💁🏻‍♀️,) cup of tea, when Nihal walked into the living room, rubbing his eyes.

Hence, proved yet again, there are children will surprise us again and again. Like he did on the trek up to the Tigers’s nest in Bhutan are early this year.
