Taky v autě, taky v obytný dodávce. Jen teď s druhým chlapákem mýho života, s mým bráchou @arundus_ U čtvrtý knížky je to jiný. Nepanuje zmatek ani stres, kraluje tomu pohoda a nadšení z každý napsaný věty. Jsem si jistá, že to z toho ucítíte. Všechnu tu LÁSKU, kterou do toho dávám a kterou jsme naší CESTĚ za ty roky dali. Jsem z ní nadšená. Jsou tam stovky a stovky receptů, které jsem za ty roky uvařila. A já konečně budu mít z té hromady poznámek všechno sepsaný v jedný bibli. V mojí bibli a vaší bibli. Kamila Rundusová Instagram – (EN👇) Krásné ráno. Dny utíkají, já dopisuju texty a probírám se hromadou materiálů. Vím, že “to” za chvíli končí a já opět pouštím ven projekt, na kterém jsem strávila tolik času. Pořád bych něco ladila a vylepšovala, ale v tom nejlepším se mají věci ukončit a nechat jít, že jo? SALÁT Z ŘEPY, JABLÍČKA, FÍKŮ A VLAŠÁKŮ, který jsme připravili v Řecku u auta v lese z nasbíraných divokých fíků. Pokud neseženete čerstvé fíky, použijte sušené či je nahraďte je větším množstvím jablíčka nebo třeba hrušky. Recept je pro 4 osoby 2 větší uvařené nebo upečené řepy 2 zelená jablka 6 zralých fíků 1/2 hrnku nasekané ploché petrželky 1 hrnek opražených vlašských ořechů 1 hrnek uvařené quinoy či jiné obiloviny 6 lžic olivového oleje 2 lžíce balzamikového octa 1 lžíce citrónové šťávy 1/2 lžičky mletého římského kmínu + mořská sůl a pepř na dochucení Chceme-li, můžeme do salátu nadrobit sýr typu feta, čerstvý kozí sýr nebo tofu. 1) Řepu, jablka a fíky nakrájíme na plátky a dáme do mísy. 2) Přidáme nahrubo nasekané vlašské ořechy, quinou nebo jinou obilovinu, petrželku, olivový olej, balzamikový ocet, citrónovou šťávu, mletý římský kmín, sůl a pepř. Pokud používáme sýr či tofu, nadrobíme jej také do mísy. 3) Vše dobře promícháme a servírujeme ideálně ihned. ENGLISH: The days are flying by, I’m finishing my book and counting down the days. BEETS, APPLE, FIGS SALAD A salad that we prepared in Greece from wild figs. If you can’t find figs, simply leave them out of the recipe and replace them with a larger amount of apple or pear. 2 large boiled or baked beets 2 green apples 6 ripe figs 1/2 cup chopped flat parsley 1 cup roasted walnuts 1 cup cooked quinoa or other cereal 6 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin + sea salt and pepper to taste If we want, we can add feta cheese, fresh goat cheese or tofu. 1) Cut the beets, apples and figs into slices and put them in a bowl. 2) Add chopped walnuts, quinoa, parsley, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt and pepper. If we use cheese or tofu, crumble it into the bowl. 3) Mix everything well and serve ideally immediately.
