One of my biggest issues is that there is currently no standard for what makes something sustainable… When I get approached by a “sustainable” brand I always ask for an impact statement so I can assess the transparency and legitimacy of what that means for them. This past week @mollyddickson pulled a number of beautiful looks – incorporating vintage and loaned pieces, re-purposed, and vegan materials. I love fashion and think it’s one of the greatest forms of self expression, but it shouldn’t cost our future. #WFW
