It is what it is. Many people have their reasons and some have lies they say to themselves for the convincing. I like my cuppa (MUGGA, if you may) Joe in the morning and itโs too blissful to let go right now.
At the same time, I drink some water while itโs brewing and power pack it with ingredients that donโt alter the taste that much, but alter my life in a really big way ๐ค๐ป
I never have black coffee (dis-aster) so this works really well for me. I also donโt add all of these all the time. Itโs a permutation – combination thing. One source of fat and an adaptogen is a sure shot. The rest is as moody as moi ๐คฒ๐ป
