Megha Gupta Instagram – I am highly sensitive so I protect my energy. A spiritual hygiene is a must for me. I constantly put energetic shields around. Otherwise, I’ll absorb the energy around me and confuse it for my own (yes, I let this happen in the past). Since everything and everyone has an energy, I dissociate when the energy feels heavy, and I don’t engage when it’s out of alignment. There are certain places I don’t go to, and certain people I don’t entertain. I can sense what’s underneath the surface. So when the words and the energy don’t match, I trust the energy. At the end of each day, I call my energy back to myself. I ground myself often, and I am choosy with what I give my energy to. My energy is sacred and so is yours. Being happy is directly proportional to being disliked. This is where romance comes in, which I looked for in the outer world. Mainly, in a partner, turning a nightmare into a day dream, eventually waking up to flames all around me. Took time to burn the fire out. And now, the romance is back. Within me, and all around.
