Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – I could have skipped my workout today. I had a performance yesterday, and I walked about 7 km after the show.
Today I taught a workshop till 1:30 pm and I walked about 4.5 km after the workshop.
But, I needed to load and recover today. Relaxing or walking around town might have been the easy way out, but I have to remember that I can last through my shows only because I train constantly. So I found a gym and trained.
I usually never take videos when I’m training, because I find it distracting. but I did today – since so many of you have been asking about my routine.
I also got in a Cold/ Hot recovery soak at the end because my coach @somyarout2806 insists on it! All done…

SL Swiss ball hamstring x30
6 movements:
Plank pull across on swiss ball 12kg : 20×3
Swedish squats 24kg : 10×3
SL deadlift to push press on bosu 7.5kg each : 10×3
Bulgarian on bosu 18kg : 10×3
hip thrust 40/80/80kg : 10×3
Weighted reverse lunges 40kg : 10 each x3
