The past couple of weeks have been really intense for me. I have had to confront emotions and feelings that I never thought I would have to go through. There has been a lot of confusion, anxiety, pain, grief, excitement, love, and guilt, and at times, it was so overwhelming.
Thankfully, I am now on the other side of it all and starting to see the gift in the experience. 🎁 Sometimes, we have to go through hardship to remember what really matters – where we put our focus, what is driven by fear and ego, and what is driven by love. ♥️
I am so grateful that I taught myself to process emotions and feelings in the moment. Whenever I need to cry, I cry, and I allow my body and mind to process whatever is needed. I am not going to suppress any uncomfortable feelings for them to store up in me. My takeaway from this experience is that when we allow ourselves to feel, we can turn a seemingly bad situation into a beautiful experience. We become stronger and more capable on the other side. We must accept what is and surrender to the situation.
Maybe one day, I will share my experience, but for now, I want to remind everyone going through a tough time to allow themselves to feel and express whatever is needed. Deal with it now, and remember that what you allow yourself to feel, you can heal. We got this! With love always. ♥️
