I like to think of it as “answering the call,,” when my emotions and thoughts get the best of me. I also like to use acronyms because they help me remember things. So “c.a.l.l.” stands for compassion acceptance love and more love. So if you’ve been feeling down or frustrated or tense or anxious, know that it’s OK, we all have those moments. But the best thing you can do for yourself is to not only express your emotions, but answer the call and try to flow more compassion acceptance love and even more love your way. Declare in the comments “I am answering the call,” and then I’ll know that you’ll pause today and go easy on yourself.
