mystery music video is out now 🫶🏽 i always knew this video had to be shot in india and had to be an homage to early Bollywood films, so when I finally went there earlier this year I teamed up with @meltingclockfilms and @vasudharungta who co-directed, and @tanmay.chowdhary on cinematography . thank you @awesomerasam and little hrudhvi for being the most beautiful co-stars . thank u @rjword for nailing the edit and color, and thank u to every single soul involved .. it was so fun running around Mumbai with u for two days and pretending I was a young hema malini. me and tanmay talked a lot about how our memories as diaspora kids can get frozen in a period of time, maybe the time our parents left, or a romanticization of the past strung together through vintage photographs and old films and we all really wanted to explore this tracing back of memory …. anyways ITS NOT A MYSTERYYYY THAT U ARE THE ONE FOR MEEEE idc if this song has been out for a year tell all ur friends it’s one of my all time favorites 😽 youtube link in bio ! A sweet memory from the mystery shoot. that shoot felt like such a. Joyful spiral. I wish I could shoot in india all the time. I’m feeling very untethered to 3D and light these days. started meditating 3x a day and i feel it changing me on molecular level . i feel my whole intentions for life shifting every day . i just want to be closer and closer to nature and music 🙂 i can’t wait to share new music a lot of is very angelic I think Mumbai – मुंबई
