More colorkeys for “My Name is Miles Morales” sequence. In the film those shots are mixed very nicely with animated drawings from Miles’ sketchbook – check out @diegopolieri ‘s work, who supervised those animations!
The Van Removal image was a bit tricky initially to get a clear instant read on Miles and Aunt May. But production designer @okeefe_artist ‘s trick of creating cast shadows pointing directly toward the characters definitely helped! (Even added an arrow in the van graphic to lead the eye toward the characters)
The most challenging image was probably Miles with his growing moustache… tough to make a black moustache read over the black suit..! X D
