Did I do better today than I did yesterday? And if not, then take stock and honestly assess why. Make adjustments and go at it again. If we’re truly focused on ways within us to improve our own journey, then we won’t have the time to focus on what other folks are doing. Self care can sometimes be as simple as taking a break from social media to assess in your heart and spirit where you are, as opposed to being seduced by how great we think other people are doing. Everyone has their own journey that we know nothing about. Focus on giving yourself the best of yourself. (FYI, the round kick challenge was in a 3 minute window. I went from 113 to 151 to 210.
