Home Actress Andrea McLean HD Photos and Wallpapers July 2023 Andrea McLean Instagram - 4 things I did this week to fill my cup that had nothing to do with work: This was a week of a lot of ups and downs; a bit of an emotional family roller coaster! So there was a lot of ‘mum duty’ stuff going on, which meant my head was full of how best to be there as a mum when needed, but not be ‘too much’. So filling my own cup became even more important. 1. I finished off my 30 days of Move by @adrienelouise I needed something to ease me back into exercising again after being weak and poorly for so long, and this definitely did the job. It made me take things slowly - I tend to rush in, all or nothing, and then wipe myself out. I have already started another 30 days, as I missed her when it finished… I love doing my yoga outside in the garden (on my own though. Spot the moment that I notice Mr F secretly filming me. 😅🍑) Next week I start upping my exercise game, with a fitness programme I’ll be doing at home. I want to feel like ‘myself’ again, and by that I mean strong and not quite as wobbly! 2. Speaking of getting physical again (and I honestly didn’t intend this cheesy link) my telly programme this week was Physical on @appletv starring @fullyrosebyrne I have loved her in every single thing I’ve seen her in, but in this she is just brilliant. Great characters, great script, great plot. I can’t wait for series 3 now. 3. We had a lovely walk in the countryside while the sun still shone on Saturday, ending up with a nice pub meal at the @theramblersrest_coulsdon and bumped into an old friendly face. Nice to see you Ray. 4. We took my dad to @the_golfgroove for Father’s Day. He’s always wanted to play at St Andrews, and now her has - albeit virtually! He and mum thrashed us in the golf booth; I think I need to work on my swing/stance/golfwardrobe. A lovely family day, a perfect end to the week. #4things

Andrea McLean Instagram – This week’s Midlife Conversation is an up close and personal one as I’m joined by my husband Nick. This week we open up about our different parenting styles and attitudes and how we find our way through the choppy waters of teenage rites of passage. What do you do when you’re polar opposites when it comes to attitudes about ANYTHING that goes on at home?

This is what we will be discussing tomorrow, and passing on our thoughts and experiences – while hugely over-sharing about what goes on behind closed doors! And I’m definitely going to sort my hair out… 🥴

Andrea McLean Instagram – @rosiejnixon is the Creative Brand Ambassador, and former Editor-in-Chief of Hello magazine – a global juggernaut of a publication which attracts over 41 million readers worldwide. She is also the author of three novels (one of which, The Stylist, is being adapted for the screen) and a best-selling collection of essays about Kindness.

In our conversation today, Rosie reveals what life is really like as editor of one of the biggest magazines in the world, and how working at London Zoo, being editor of Barbie magazine, and putting her hand up in a meeting and volunteering to ‘bag a millionaire in 24 hours in Cannes’ all helped on her journalistic quest!

She also shares her unique perspective on Imposter Syndrome – and how growing up as the child of teachers, with no foothold in the shiny upper echelons of publishing, gave her the freedom to feel that she “shouldn’t really be here” so she had nothing to lose.

There aren’t many in this world who make it to the top of their career by keeping their feet on the ground and kindness to others their top priority, but Rosie Nixon has managed it. Let our conversation today inspire you to “give it a go”, whatever your ‘it’ may be.
