Basically, World Wellbeing Week is a week to celebrate and raise awareness of the importance of wellbeing.
So here are my favorite ways to look after your well-being include:
GET ACTIVE :
Physical activity helps us maintain good mental health, but it is not required to run marathons or to the gym every day.
LEARN :
Learning and developing new things can boost your self-esteem and will help you to feel more productive and more in control of your life.
CONNECT :
Connecting with others can help us feel close to people, and valued for who we are. so If you feel comfortable, you could try speaking to someone new
GIVE :
Try to help people; it will eventually make you happy and at peace.
SLEEP :
Try to stick to your regular sleeping schedule. It will improve your brain performance, mood, and health.
