Erinn Hayes Instagram – Started learning piano a little over a year ago and me and our 13 yr old had our first recital yesterday. Even though my rational brain told me there is nothing less low stakes than a piano recital in front of kids and parents who are there to clap for you and couldn’t care less of you mess up and also I am 30 PLUS years older than the oldest other reciter I was so nervous my hands were shaking. Anyway. Been loving learning, wish I had done it as a kid so my stupid older brain could get things quicker, but so happy to be doing it now.
