It’s been a long time since I dropped some MOTIVATION for my folks here on Monday • Well it’s #MotivationMonday and also the end of January 2023 – it’s time to check on those #newyearresolutions & #goals ! To be honest I didn’t create any Newyear Resolution for this year ((many of you must have seen my tooth problem & all the other problems video 😵💫)) so I couldn’t & didn’t want to create one ! WHY bcz………take a GOOD LOOK on the ABOVE PICTURE AGAIN 👆🏼 From my past Transformation journey one important thing that I have learnt is **LIVING IN THE NOW** Not today, Not tomorrow, Not from January! JUST NOW!!!!!!! …….. When you live in the now you will learn TO GO WITH THE FLOW..!! Especially for a woman, Nature itself has made our body in a way to go through so many changes……just over a period cycle 🔄 you can feel how much your body changes…PREGNANCY is next level of CHANGE & CHALLENGE!!!!! So when we learn to go with the flow you will EMBRACE the ever changing body!!!!! ……… Again TAKE A LOOK AT THE ABOVE PIC 👆🏼 In the 1st pic I WAS SAD bcz my health was deteriorating & all my depression had got me to that place… When I started working out, eating good….it’s not my appearance that changesd in the 2nd pic but also how I felt about myself & other changed positively… After Pregnancy it might feel like we are back to square one physic wise but trust me YOUR BODY HAS DONE SOMETHING INCREDIBLE, Your Uterus has expanded 500times of its size to accommodate your baby, the rest of the body parts have squeezed & contracted, your core muscles literally broke open around the third trimester..!! Remember we didn’t do any of this manually!!! If your body is capable of enduring such a change & rewarding you with a NEW LIFE (ur baby) then imagine what it is capable of!!!! ……. PS : I always tell my friends & followers that **CHANGE will come from a place of contentment not from a place of frustration**…. So love your body, live in the NOW & go with the FLOW…..whatever you put your mind on will for sure come to you 😇 I will try to post my updates if that will help you guys to keep motivated 🥰 …… DROP a 🙌🏼 if you want it!!
3years – doesn’t sound like a big deal of time but when we think about how much have changed in our lives, in the world in the past 3years, it’s just too much! After Covid times, last week I performed for the first time on stage in front of the live audience… Ofcourse I felt butterflies in my stomach, it was also Kalki’s 1st time seeing me on stage…but it wasn’t the live performance that was challenging it was the preparation that I had to do..! • So much changes that my body & mind had went through I didn’t know where to start.. when I was choreographing my mind tries a movement but my body simply denies it (it just says I can’t)..(pic1) • Then I realized that after delivery, just like how my Baby learns to take each step I should also take it one step at a time.. it took me two weeks of practice to do the same back bend with Karakam that I used to do before (pic2).. • Life is not easy, Postpartum is not easy, Pregancy or any major physical transformation takes time to heal.. Trust in the process..! Transforming is living…(pic 3) IT IS A SHAME FOR A WOMAN TO GROW OLD WITHOUT EVER SEEING THE STRENGTH AND BEAUTY OF WHICH HER BODY IS CAPABLE. – Socrates I’m working to see the Best version of myself 😇 so do you 🙌🏼
