Iswarya Prabakar Instagram – 3years – doesn’t sound like a big deal of time but when we think about how much have changed in our lives, in the world in the past 3years, it’s just too much!
After Covid times, last week I performed for the first time on stage in front of the live audience…
Ofcourse I felt butterflies in my stomach, it was also Kalki’s 1st time seeing me on stage…but it wasn’t the live performance that was challenging it was the preparation that I had to do..!

So much changes that my body & mind had went through I didn’t know where to start.. when I was choreographing my mind tries a movement but my body simply denies it (it just says I can’t)..(pic1)

Then I realized that after delivery, just like how my Baby learns to take each step I should also take it one step at a time.. it took me two weeks of practice to do the same back bend with Karakam that I used to do before (pic2)..

Life is not easy, Postpartum is not easy, Pregancy or any major physical transformation takes time to heal..
Trust in the process..!
