2. Looking after my mind and body by nourishing it with the best food choices. Gluten on the whole is a no go for me, I love @mimhabits_en which is a scientificic recipe for gut health.

3. Good Green Vitality @nuzest (discount MELLY20) I harp on about how amazing this is all the time so I won’t go on now… but simply WOW

4, Grounding – bare feet on the earth. It’s anxiety reducing, deeply calming, it connects you to nature. I do it daily without fail, come rain, frost or shine.

6. We need Vitamin D everyday! In the morning is best so your body can use it to make melatonin (which in turn gets you to sleep more efficiently). Whether it’s from natural sunshine or supplemented @betteryou_ltd or even through a light source such as @lumie.lights

7. Blue light blocking glasses @filteroptix are an absolute must for the deepest, rejuvenating sleep! I’ve never found another pair of glasses to work as well as these.
