Self motivation be like…..
Last couple of years I have been suffering from health issues like disc de-generation, cervical, extreme muscle spasms, the list is endless……
But my will power is too strong to sit at home n whine about it. 🧿
As u can see I’m holding a 2.5 kg dumbbell, yes…… that’s how bad my physical health is currently.
I certainly have slowed down, no ego lifting ( which I rarely did anyway ) thanks to @shettiyano who always discouraged me from it unlike most coaches.
Eating healthier, ( I am an emotional eater) so imagine when my body is broken all I seek is food.
Above all staying positive, not giving up and just showing up each day.
One day at a time. ♥️
