Frankie Celenza Instagram – I went to Italy with my dad for the first time in 2001 – I ordered my pasta “al dente”. With my hi-8 camera in hand, I captured the moment on tape, not that I’d ever forget this moment with my dad. I learned my lesson, al dente goes without saying, even though I was just trying to say as many words in italian as possible to impress Dino.
