It’s now leading the group of champion countries that push to prevent its start in international waters. Meanwhile, Norway, who leads the High Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy next to France, is pushing to fast-track the start of the industry both in International and national waters. The decision that the Norwegian government took to start mining the deep sea in Arctic waters would be impacting us all.
