We legit meal prep our puppy food! Look how excited Loki is for his food!!! We legit go to @costco or use @instacart to bring us the Ingredients and it’s taken some pups that wouldn’t eat well, to pups who literally hop fences to get to their bowl.

Cooking and meal prepping on stream with the community has been super fun! I’m still clumsy sometimes so me cooking is another story…..
Me spilling my @zevia is just a sad story. I used to drink 5 or more sodas a day. Delicious…but not healthy for feeling great or life longevity. SO MUCH SUGER. I’ve stopped drinking sodas COMPLETELY now and won’t lie have gone on a straight water and Zevia diet. I feel so much better day to day and can see my abs again. Yay health hacks
