Most of us without knowing what we’re doing are trying to create happiness from the outside in. I’m guilty.
When deep down, we know, happiness and peace is from within ..
Sure we can have short term happiness or “pleasure” – vacations, food, drinking other things that are pleasurable temporarily, but as we know, those fade… and usually add pain and then you’re still left with you.
There’s a great quote…
“ Wherever you go, there you are.”
You have the power daily to make a change. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it…and so are you.
