Aishwarya Sakhuja Instagram – As a diabetic you would know the struggle to manage your glucose levels, especially when it comes to your fasting. Seeing a high number first thing in the morning can definitely hamper your spirits.
So these are the hacks I tried.
1. Processed food in any case is a big no no and to add to that a dinner that comprises of that will definitely give you a high fasting number. Try and eliminate packaged and processed food altogether from your diet and your body will thank you.
2. Before injecting your insulin and eating your breakfast, start your day with an aerobic workout for 30 minutes. A few days into it and your fasting level will start to drop
Make sure its an AEROBIC exercise like walking or a slow jog. Nothing that gets your heart racing crazy
3. Nothing heals your body like fasting. Start out slow with a 12/12 window and slowly increase your fasting range. I tried a 16/8 window and I managed to get my fasting levels in a far better range😊😊
