Bethany Hamilton Instagram – As a legit homeschooling family – a common question asked is, “Are you sheltering your children?” And yes, actually, in a lot of ways we are! I believe in today’s world, children are exposed to way more than they should be at much too young an age. As parents, we shelter our children from things they aren’t mature enough yet to say no to, to run from, or to look away from. At the same time, we are currently exposing our children to so many cool, rad, good things that are edifying and leading them to be strong, capable, beautiful humans.
