Bryce Dallas Howard Instagram – This might be counterintuitive, but for me it’s a GOOD sign when you aren’t the smartest and most experienced person in the room. In fact, I actively look for projects and opportunities where I know there will be a significant learning curve and mentors to set an example.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Why? When the pressure is off to “know everything” – when I can lean into my curiosity – I ask more questions and ultimately walk away with far more skill and experience than if I were just trying to execute perfectly or fake expertise. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And what’s great is that I carry these skills and experiences with me for the rest of my career. What you can learn from others, even if it doesn’t exactly relate to “your job,” greatly informs your path moving forward. In the conversations you have with other collaborators, in the work you make and your confidence with making it, and in the tools you acquire along the way.
